Data, purposes and legal grounds

Identity, contact, company and enquiry information is processed to assess requests, respond and prepare proposals. Processing directly related to entering a contract is assessed under Article 5(2)(c); general enquiry management outside that context under Article 5(2)(f), subject to your fundamental rights and freedoms.

Connection, access and security records support website operation and abuse prevention under Article 5(2)(f). Legal obligations and the establishment or protection of rights are addressed under Articles 5(2)(ç) and 5(2)(e). Optional analytics and advertising processing relies on consent.

Collection methods

Data is obtained electronically or verbally through web forms, email, telephone, server and security records, and cookies or similar technologies used according to your preferences.

Service providers and data transfers

The website is hosted on servers in Türkiye provided by Netinternet Bilişim Teknolojileri Anonim Şirketi. Cloudflare is used for traffic routing, performance and security, and Google Workspace for email. Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads support analytics and advertising measurement.

Depending on the service, providers may process technical data, contact details or message content. Hosting in Türkiye does not mean that all processing by other providers takes place exclusively in Türkiye. Processing involving international transfers requires an appropriate transfer arrangement under Article 9 of Turkish Law No. 6698.

Retention and security

Data is retained for the purpose of the relevant activity and applicable legal retention obligations. Deletion, destruction or anonymisation follows when retention is no longer required. Access is limited according to responsibilities, with technical and organisational measures appropriate to the processing activity.

Your rights

You may ask about processing, purposes and recipients; request correction and, where applicable, deletion or destruction; request notification to recipients; challenge adverse outcomes based solely on automated analysis; and seek compensation for unlawful processing.

See the Data Subject Request Form for submitting a request. This notice is not a request for consent.
