You may use the following format to prepare a request concerning your rights under Turkish Law No. 6698. This page is guidance, not an online submission form. A separate letter containing the same information is also acceptable.

Information to include

1. Your full name and signature for written requests.
2. Turkish identity number for Turkish citizens; nationality and passport or identification number for foreign nationals.
3. A residential or business address for the response.
4. Email, telephone and fax details for notifications, if available.
5. The subject of your request, your relationship with Code64 and relevant explanations.
6. Relevant supporting information and documents.

Describe your request

Specify the data or processing concerned, relevant dates or contact channels, and the action you seek. Share information relevant to your request without unnecessary personal data or complete documents where an extract will suffice.

How to send it

You can send a signed written request to the company address above. You may also use an email address previously provided to us and registered in our systems to write to info@code64.com.tr. The same address can answer questions about the process. Other submission methods available under applicable legislation remain unaffected.

Review process

We may request information needed to verify identity or authority to act. Requests are addressed as soon as possible and within thirty days. If an additional cost is incurred, a fee under the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply.
